The Vision  and The Message :
       Arising from the vision, message and basic values of Sinnar University, the vision and message of the College of Education are specified
The College is a pioneering educational institution that attempts to promote educational knowledge and its applications to serve the society, and to develop education at all levels through the plans it puts forward and the procedure to mane the educational cadre. lt also attempts to develop education in cooperation with other university colleges, public and private primary and secondary schools and other relevant ministries such the Ministry of Education , Ministry of Culture Information, Ministry of Youth...etc. This vision is based on the following considerations:
1- The fact that teaching is a profession that develops rapidly knowledgeably and technically.
2- The realization of the great shift of the teacher s role from a mere prompter to a facilitator and director of the learning process. Furthermore he develops self–education, team work and creativity.
 3- The best qualified teacher is the millstone for the success of the faculty of Education and for the achievement of its objectives.
4- The College of Education at Sinnar University has a greater social and cultural role rather than the mere preparation of teachers.
5- Education and instruction is the base for national security and the college could make proper provision for it.
